Terms of service
Terms for using Product Forms for Wix and Catalog Bridge for Squarespace.
Effective date: [Month Day, Year]
These terms are between you and [legal business name] (“Catalog Bridge,” “we,” or “us”). By connecting or using the service, you agree to these terms.
The services
Product Forms helps you assign Wix Forms to product pages in a Wix Stores site. Catalog Bridge is planned to help you create a product feed from information in your Squarespace store for use with Meta catalog tools. Features, supported product types, and availability may change. Add the current scope, plans, and any uptime or support commitments for both apps here: [service description and commitments].
Your account and permissions
You must have authority to connect the Squarespace store and use its product information. You authorize Catalog Bridge to access the product data needed to provide the feed. You are responsible for keeping your accounts secure and for reviewing the content and accuracy of your catalog.
Third-party services
Wix, Squarespace, and Meta are separate services governed by their own terms and policies. You are responsible for complying with their requirements, including app permissions, feed specifications, catalog policies, product eligibility, and advertising rules. Product Forms and Catalog Bridge are independent software and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wix, Squarespace, or Meta.
Fees and cancellation
Describe applicable plan, billing, trial, cancellation, and refund terms here: [pricing and billing terms, or state that the service is free]. You can stop using the service and revoke its access through your Squarespace account. Explain how cancellation affects feed URLs and retained data here: [disconnect and cancellation behavior].
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of law or third-party rights. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or comply with law. Add any notice and appeal process here: [suspension process].
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in these terms. Feed availability and acceptance may depend on Squarespace, Meta, and your catalog data. Define any limitations, exclusions, and consumer-rights exceptions with counsel before launch: [jurisdiction-specific terms].
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will post the latest version here with a revised effective date. Specify the governing law and venue: [country/state and courts].
